When it fits

When this is the right support

The site team is stretched

Inspection requests and site queries are queuing because the people who handle them are on too many packages at once.

Cover is needed for a period

A supervisor or engineer is on leave, rotating out, or moved to another package, and the record must not go quiet.

The record needs tightening

Progress claims, inspection results and non-conformances are not tied together well enough to defend in a dispute or an audit.

What we do

What the work covers

Take any part of it. Most assignments are one line item from one stage, for one package.

Construction monitoring

Regular verification that the work follows the approved drawings, the specification and the method statements, with a dated record.

Site supervision and management

Day-to-day supervision of defined packages, and coordination with the contractor's site team and with other consultants.

Inspection coordination

Material and work inspection requests received, scheduled, witnessed and closed out in the project's format.

Progress verification

Measurement of completed work against the contractor's claims and the programme, with the basis shown.

NCR / SOR management

Non-conformance and site observation reports raised, tracked and closed, with the corrective-action evidence.

Contractor performance and completion

Monitoring against the contract, and managing completion: snag lists, readiness for taking over, closure of open items.

Typical deliverables

  • Daily and weekly site reports

How an assignment runs

From first message to closed record

01

Describe the scope

Send the package, its stage, the dates and the systems in use to [email protected]. A reply follows within one business day, in any time zone.

02

Agree the basis

We come back with a proposed scope, a resource profile and a rate basis in your contract currency.

03

Work under your name

Deliverables use your templates, numbering and review codes. The work is done in your document system, remotely or on site.

04

Close out cleanly

At the end of the period the record is complete and left in your system, so your team can carry on without us.

Engage by the assignment (fixed scope, fixed price), by the period (days per week for a set duration) or on call (a retained monthly allocation). How we work →

Questions

Common questions

Can this be done remotely?

Part of it can: document review, register upkeep and reporting. Site verification needs presence, so those assignments are mobilised to site for the period agreed.

Do you certify completed work?

We verify and report, under your name. Certificates and payment recommendations stay with your authorised signatories.

How long can you cover?

From a few weeks to the length of a package. The engagement options are listed above.

What the package is, where it is, what stage it has reached and how long you need cover for. That is enough to come back with a proposed scope, a resource profile and a rate basis in your contract currency.
