Handover & Closeout
The handover file, asset register and punch list built properly, by someone whose only job that month is to build it.
Describe a scope →When this is the right support
Completion is close and the file is not started
O&M manuals, as-builts, test certificates and warranties are scattered, and the handover date is fixed.
The asset register is the bottleneck
The operator needs a structured asset list with tags, locations and data, and the contractor's version is incomplete.
The punch list will not close
Open items and defects keep coming back, and nobody owns the final status.
What the work covers
Take any part of it. Most assignments are one line item from one stage, for one package.
Handover strategy
A plan that defines what the operator receives, in what format and by when, agreed early with the client.
O&M documentation
Manuals checked for completeness and fit to the installed equipment, with gaps chased to the contractor.
Asset registers
Equipment lists with tags, locations and required data fields, reconciled to the drawings and the installed items.
As-built documentation
As-built drawings and records reviewed against the site condition and the approved design.
Training records and punch-list management
Training sessions, attendance and materials recorded; punch items logged, assigned, verified and closed.
Final completion and defects-period support
Completion documentation assembled for sign-off, and follow-up of defects reported during the defects period.

Describe the scope
Send the package, its stage, the dates and the systems in use to [email protected]. A reply follows within one business day, in any time zone.
Agree the basis
We come back with a proposed scope, a resource profile and a rate basis in your contract currency.
Work under your name
Deliverables use your templates, numbering and review codes. The work is done in your document system, remotely or on site.
Close out cleanly
At the end of the period the record is complete and left in your system, so your team can carry on without us.
Engage by the assignment (fixed scope, fixed price), by the period (days per week for a set duration) or on call (a retained monthly allocation). How we work →
Common questions
How early should handover support start?
As early as the first systems reach completion. Starting a few weeks before the completion date still helps, but an earlier start avoids the last-minute scramble.
Can you work to our client's asset data standard?
Yes. Send the template or the data requirements, and the register is built to them.
Do you stay on after completion?
Defects-period support can be a short assignment or an on-call allocation. The engagement options are listed above.
Tell us the scope and the dates.
[email protected]What the package is, where it is, what stage it has reached and how long you need cover for. That is enough to come back with a proposed scope, a resource profile and a rate basis in your contract currency.
