Technical Management
Submittal, design and drawing review capacity: the backlog cleared, the interfaces tracked, the technical record kept current and defensible.

Submittals are stacking up
Contractor submissions, shop drawings and as-builts are arriving faster than the team can review them, and response times are slipping.
A package needs an independent technical read
A design, a drawing set or a technical bid that needs an experienced second pair of eyes before it is approved or awarded.
The technical record has gaps
Review comments, responses and approvals are scattered across e-mails and spreadsheets, and the status of each item is hard to prove.
What the work covers
Take any part of it. Most assignments are one line item from one stage, for one package.
Technical submittal management
Register upkeep, routing, review against the specification, and response in the project's review codes within the contract period.
Shop drawing review
Drawings checked against the approved design, the specification and the other disciplines, with marked-up comments the contractor can act on.
Design and interface management
Interface registers between disciplines and packages, design change tracking, and follow-up of clashes and coordination issues.
Contractor technical coordination
Comment resolution meetings, comment resolution sheets (CRS) with Rev.xx cycles, and closing out comments with evidence.
Procurement technical evaluation
Technical bid comparison, clarification lists and a recommendation for the evaluation panel.
QA/QC and compliance monitoring
Review of quality plans and inspection and test plans, audit follow-up, and monitoring of technical compliance against the contract.

Describe the scope
Send the package, its stage, the dates and the systems in use to [email protected]. A reply follows within one business day, in any time zone.
Agree the basis
We come back with a proposed scope, a resource profile and a rate basis in your contract currency.
Work under your name
Deliverables use your templates, numbering and review codes. The work is done in your document system, remotely or on site.
Close out cleanly
At the end of the period the record is complete and left in your system, so your team can carry on without us.
Engage by the assignment (fixed scope, fixed price), by the period (days per week for a set duration) or on call (a retained monthly allocation). How we work →
Common questions
Which review codes do you use?
Yours. We follow the project's own review codes and transmittal formats. Where none are defined, we propose a simple scheme: A compliant, B comments, C revise and resubmit.
Do you approve submittals?
We review and recommend, under your name. The approval itself stays with your authorised signatory.
Can you review in Arabic and English?
Yes. Documents and correspondence in either language.

Tell us the scope and the dates.
